The AgileTaxonomy system installs as a standard Livelink module, while integrating with the Corent application platform engine. This allows seamless integration with Livelink Categories, while enabling the powerful business rule based processing to be handled by the application engine.

There are fifteen new attribute types that provide additional structure and control, even calculation and database lookups. Rule Based Conditional Processing

Beyond simple validation, the new Agile attributes can be associated with sophisticated business rules to perform logical operations that assist users to classify quickly and correctly.

Rules are created and maintained by the administrator of the Category object. The method for creating these rules is similar to the creation of Workflow Step Expressions. No low level progreamming or Oscript™ expertise is required.

Users can crate dynamic views of content in Livelink ™ based on the vaules of classification attributes.

Power Tools for Change

Web services or direct SQl access can be used to manipulate the values of content metadata across a dynamically created list, enabling bulk changes to Livelink ™ Category data never before possible.
